Working with King Land Company, Inc. and spending her lifetime in farming has given Carol Anne the experience and knowledge to help people with land purchases and sales. She works with all types of land, but especially enjoys working with farms. Carol Anne is a member of the Realtor’s Land Institute, National Association of Realtors, and the S.C. and GA. Chapter of the Realtor’s Land Institute. Carol Anne is also a candidate for the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. She is licensed in South Carolina and Georgia.

Carol Anne grew up on a farm in north Georgia. She has lived in the upstate of S.C. since 1989. Prior to becoming licensed in real estate she worked as a veterinary technician. Through the years, she has gained valuable experience in negotiating land deals and land selection from her father, a long-time land investor in north Georgia.

Having worked with people from all over the United States, Carol Anne has a large contact list that enables her to make referrals. She can help find a qualified agent to assist with your real estate needs anywhere in the US.

Carol Anne and her husband, Jon, live on a farm in Townville, S.C. They operate a dog boarding kennel and train Border Collies for herding. They also raise sheep and Brangus cattle.
